Join PITI-VITI for the ELDP Class of 2023 Virtual Check-In on August 15, 2024. This virtual session aims to reconnect alumni, reinvigorate the network, and support recruitment efforts while ensuring everyone has a great time. Participants will engage in dynamic breakout sessions, share exciting updates, and discuss the application of program learnings over the past year. Additionally, the session will explore the buzz around the next program, gather advice for potential applicants, and discuss effective advertising strategies. Concluding with a call to action, alumni will be encouraged to share the program with their networks and prepare for upcoming events in Guam, Majuro, and Palau.

This document provides brief biographies of the participants of the ELDP Class fo 2025. The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Class of 2025 comprises 28 new participants selected from U.S.-affiliated Pacific islands and the Virgin Islands. This cohort brings together individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, including public health, education, governance, finance, and environmental protection. These participants will enhance their leadership skills to address the challenges facing their island communities. The program, managed by Graduate School USA's Pacific & Virgin Islands Training Initiatives (PITI-VITI) with support from the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs, has produced 240 alumni who serve in key government positions across the islands.

This is the Performeter calculation for the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on Fiscal Year 2018 financials. The Performeter is a analytical tool that converts a government’s financial statements into useful and understandable measures of financial performance. Financial ratios and a copyrighted analysis methodology are used to arrive at an overall rating of 0-10.
