ELDP '25 Participant Biographies

This document provides brief biographies of the participants of the ELDP Class fo 2025.  The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Class of 2025 comprises 28 new participants selected from U.S.-affiliated Pacific islands and the Virgin Islands. This cohort brings together individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, including public health, education, governance, finance, and environmental protection. These participants will enhance their leadership skills to address the challenges facing their island communities. The program, managed by Graduate School USA's Pacific & Virgin Islands Training Initiatives (PITI-VITI) with support from the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs, has produced 240 alumni who serve in key government positions across the islands.
